Terms of service
Last updated: October 18, 2026.
1. Who we are
Juricio, located at Lago Neuchatel 45, Col. Ampliación Granada, Alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11529, Ciudad de México, operates Juricio. You can write to us at contacto@juricio.com. By creating an account or using the U.S. service you accept these terms. The privacy notice and the refund policy are part of them.
2. What Juricio is and is not
- Juricio gathers and organizes public court information, mainly the free RSS feeds that federal courts publish on PACER. It is not an official source, it does not replace checking the docket on PACER or with the clerk, and it is not a law firm or legal advice.
- Coverage depends on what each court publishes. Entries can be late, incomplete or missing.
- AI answers are drafts produced from the docket entries the assistant can read. They can contain errors: check every answer against the docket. Using the assistant does not create an attorney-client relationship.
- A name match does not confirm who a person or company is.
- Juricio never opens paid PACER pages. PACER charges its own fees for documents and reports; those fees are separate and are not part of any plan.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your sign-in and for the activity of your account and your organization. Give accurate information. An organization has an owner and may have administrators; only the owner or an administrator can buy a plan. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Extract information in bulk or by automated means, resell or republish it, or get around the limits of your plan.
- Use Juricio search results, alerts or AI answers as a consumer report, or as a factor in deciding anyone's eligibility for employment, housing, credit or insurance. Juricio is not a consumer reporting agency. Those decisions must go through a dedicated screening service that complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
- Use the information to harass, threaten, stalk, locate or intimidate anyone.
- Build profiles or ratings of people from name matches.
- Try to reach another organization's data or the administration functions.
Alerts on the name of a natural person are available only to verified attorneys who declare a purpose.
5. Professional use
Juricio is a tool for professionals and businesses. You stay responsible for your own work and professional obligations, including checking sources and your duties to your clients.
6. Plans and payments
- The plans and their limits (followed cases, name alerts, AI questions per month and how far ahead the hearing calendar looks) are described on the pricing page. A free plan exists.
- A paid plan is a prepaid term of 1, 3 or 12 months, as offered. It does not renew by itself: when the term ends, your organization returns to the Free plan unless you buy another term.
- Buying the same plan again adds a term that starts when the current one ends. Buying a different plan starts it right away; time left on another plan is not credited, converted or prorated.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes, unless the payment page shows otherwise.
- You pay by card on a payment page of Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). Juricio does not receive or store your card number.
- AI questions are counted per month of your term. Unused questions do not carry over. A daily limit per organization also applies, whatever the plan.
- If you go over a limit, for example when a term ends, followed cases and name alerts beyond the limit are paused, not deleted. The oldest stay active.
- A free trial, when offered, needs no card, ends on its own, is limited to one per organization and per person, and charges nothing. It has its own limit of AI questions. We may refuse a trial for a temporary e-mail address.
- Refunds: see the refund policy.
- We may change plans and prices for future purchases. A change does not affect a term you already paid.
7. Services of other companies
Stripe processes the payments. Anthropic, PBC provides the AI that writes the answers: when you ask a question, it and the docket entries selected for that case are sent to Anthropic to produce the answer. PACER is a service of the federal courts and is not part of Juricio.
8. Availability and responsibility
Juricio is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise that the information is complete, accurate or timely, and we are not responsible for decisions made on the information without checking the official source, or for failures of court websites.
9. Changes and ending
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. You can stop using Juricio at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to contacto@juricio.com.
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute is submitted to the competent courts of Mexico City, Mexico, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of the place where you live.
