What every plan includes
- Case search by party name or case number, in English and Spanish.
- An e-mail the day a case you follow has a new docket entry, within the limit of your plan.
- Case information comes from the free feeds that federal courts publish, and can be late or incomplete. Check the docket on PACER or with the clerk.
- AI answers are drafts based on the docket entries the assistant can read, each one cited. They are not legal advice.
- PACER charges its own fees for documents and reports. Those fees are separate and are not part of any Juricio plan.
How plans work
- A paid plan is a prepaid term of 1 or 12 months. It does not renew by itself: when the term ends, your organization returns to the Free plan unless you buy another term.
- Buying the same plan again adds a term after the current one. Buying a different plan starts it right away; time left on another plan is not credited or converted.
- AI questions are counted per month of your term; unused questions do not carry over.
- Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include taxes.
- You pay by card on a payment page of Stripe. Juricio does not receive or store your card number.
- If you go over a limit, for example when a term ends, followed cases and name alerts beyond the limit are paused, not deleted. The oldest stay active.
Questions
Do plans renew automatically?
No. Every purchase is a prepaid term. Nothing renews and nothing is charged after it ends.
What happens when a term ends?
Your organization returns to the Free plan. Followed cases and name alerts beyond the Free limits are paused, not deleted, and the oldest stay active.
Is PACER included?
No. Juricio reads the free feeds that courts publish. Documents and reports on PACER carry PACER's own fees, which are separate.
Are the AI answers legal advice?
No. They are drafts based on the docket entries the assistant can read, and they can contain errors. Check the docket on PACER or with the clerk.
Who can buy a plan?
The owner or an administrator of the organization, from the billing page.
